how much my blog sucks.
I learned today that the lead singer of Bad Religion, Greg Graffin, teaches undergraduate biology at UCLA. I always thought those celebrity stories were mythical, but I looked him up on the course schedule and, sure enough, he's in La Kretz 110 every Tuesday and Thursday at 2PM. I did more Googling, and found out he got his B.A. and Masters here, and has a Ph.D from Cornell. Then I came across this essay he wrote about ten years ago:
