North Korea Downgraded To Axis Of Pretty Darn Bad

PYONGYANG – Thousands marched in the streets of the North Korean capital today after hearing the announcement by the International Council on Wickedness that their country has been downgraded from evil to pretty darn bad.

"This is unfair. For the last half century we have been building up our reputation as an axis of evil. And then when we start improving our relations with South Korea, this happens," said protester Lee Jun-Soo.

Iraq and Iran still held on to the top two spots in international evildom with France making the dramatic rise from 132nd to eighth place.

Russia, on the other hand, slipped from 12th to 95th place on the list considered to be the ultimate authority on rating evildoers.
