How gay, why couldn't they just cut the price in JPS2s to $199 too? Stupid, stupid Sony. Anyway...

Today was Career Day for our grade, and it met my expectations, which weren't high in the first place. My three careers I had to meet each period was Computer Software Engineer, Lawyer, and Financial Planner/Stock Broker. They all comprised of sitting and listening, asking a few questions, writing mandatory notes, and in the case of the SW engineer, a free pen and calendar-type thing. I think I sat for so long that my left calf got cramps. They made quite a bit of money though...the Engineer made $120,000 at Chevron and his wife made more than him at Hewlett-Packard (she had to commute and work longer hours though), lawyers could get something like $625 an hour, and one of the financial planner's friends is a stock broker who makes $300,000 a year... =O! The day sucked though, school is boring. The end.
